
Adam is a Principal Engineering Geologist at PSM with over 13 years’ experience delivering geotechnical advice for complex underground, open pit and civil infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Southeast Asia and Africa.
He has extensive experience leading projects from scoping through to detailed design and operational support. His work includes the assessment and design of underground excavations such as box cuts, portals, declines, shafts, raisebores, and stopes, as well as open pit slopes and surface excavations in challenging geological and hydrogeological settings.
Adam specialises in bridging the gap between geology and engineering by integrating geological, structural, hydrogeological and monitoring data into defensible geotechnical models. He is recognised for providing clear, pragmatic and risk-based advice that supports safe, constructible designs and informed decision-making.

Adam holds a Master of Science in Engineering Geology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, graduating with First Class Honours. He has authored and contributed to multiple technical papers and is a member of the Australian Geomechanics Society and the International Association of Engineering Geology.
